KSV Ice House Renovation
Originally a turn of the century ice house, the renovation includes multi-use space for young creative businesses. The brutally rough structure formed of 18" thick concrete walls originally had no windows. Using giant saw blades, the concrete was carved to create large trapezoidal openings reinforced by steel channels and beams. This project (see Architectural Murals and Architectural Tables) represents the most
integrated design we have done to date as we combined architecture, murals, furniture, art and brand identity into one comprehensive whole.
